WEDDING INFORMATION

Advance Bookings

For Saturday daytime receptions during the football season (last week of July to the second week of May) we are only able to confirm available dates once the football fixtures have been issued in June. However, we are able to take more advanced bookings for all the rooms for use after 7.00pm on Saturday evening throughout the whole year.

Civil Weddings at The Rushden & Diamonds Football Club

The Football Club holds licences for civil wedding ceremonies to be conducted in ither The Kimberley Suite, The Vice Presidents Lounge or The Diamond Executive Lounge. The ceremonies, conducted by the registrar of Wellingborough, can be arranged up to one year in advance.

We wish to point out that the registra of Wellingborough provides this service entirely independently and therefore all fees and prices are set by them and not The Football Club. Any bookings required for this service will to be arranged by yourselves and liasing directly with the registrar. After the ceremony, why not take advantage of the photographic area, where your guests can enjoy reception drinks in the photography area.

Flowers
The Diamond Centre will provide table posies for each of your guest tables in a colour of your choice when the menu spend per head is over £22.50 This does not include any top table arrangements or flowers for the cake table.

Cake Stands and Knife
We will provide either a round or square cake stand if you require, along with a cake knife FREE OF CHARGE Cakes should be delivered to The Diamond Centre on the Friday before the event.
Napkins
The Diamond Centre will offer to co-ordinate the linen to your colour scheme, however, there will be a charge of 30p per napkin in colours other than red, white or blue

Professionally presented Menus, placecards and table plans
The Diamond Centre will type menus and table plans form your instructions FREE OF CHARGE. If you wish to use the Diamond Centre's own placecards, please inform us. These can then be typed from your table plan.

Red Carpet on Arrival
To make your day feel more special, we will arrnge for a Red Carpet to be in place for when you arrive at the Centre FREE OF CHARGE

Overnight Storage for wedding gifts
After a long day and night, the last thing you need is to sort out your wedding gifts, thats why we can offer you secure overnight storage for them

Payments and Deposits
The Diamond Centre will require a non-refundable deposit of £300 within 7 days of booking and the remaining balance is required within two weeks prior to the event taking place
