Over 70 teams have already signed up to take part in the Diamond Cup VIII, with more coming in every day. There are still places available for mixed teams aged Under 7, Under 8, Under 9, Under 10, and Under 11. Boys' teams in age groups; Under 12 and Under 13, along with girls' teams in the Under 12s and Under 14s, so get your team's entry form in today.

The six a side tournament is to be held over the weekend of the 17th and 18th May 2008, with all games at Nene Park's fantastic training complex and stadium. Teams will be coming from as far as Newcastle, Liverpool and Bristol, helping cement the Diamond Cups place as one of the nation's premier six-a-side tournaments.

The tournament is open to mixed teams aged Under 7, Under 8, Under 9, Under 10, and Under 11. Boys' teams in age groups; Under 12 and Under 13, along with girls' teams in the Under 12s and Under 14s age groups. All teams can bring up to ten players to the Diamond Cup, with the Under 7, 9, 11 and 13 (Boys) tournaments taking place on Saturday 17th May and the Under 8, 10, 12 (Boys), 12 (Girls) and 14 (Girls) taking place on Sunday 18th May.

The Diamond Cup will be an unparalleled event with more than 65 teams from all over the country already signed up for a spectacular weekend of fast-paced football. The Diamond Cup also features stalls and special events, along with plenty of footballing action all weekend, and has year on year built its reputation as a great tournament for kids. Please note the Champions' Cup is not occurring this year so that we can focus more attention on the Diamond Cup itself.
