The Elite Centre is for boys preparing to enter the Centre of Excellence and is held at Wrenn School, Wellingborough on a Tuesday night. There will be regular opportunities to represent RDFC in matches against other professional clubs and all teams will tour Europe towards the end of the season. Players can move within the DDP based upon a continuous assessment procedure, avoiding any youngster from facing rejection form the club.
