In December, Matthew Minney approached the Club, inquiring about donating a prize for a raffle he was organising in aid of Irthlingborough Day Centre. Matthew has run a raffle for the last four years and in that time has raised £2500 for the very worthy cause.

Andy Burgess and Phil Gulliver went along to 'It`s a Gift' in Irthlingborough on Thursday 13^th December 2007 to draw prizes draw and sign autographs.

Rachel Roberts, Commercial Manager at Rushden & Diamonds said " We always get a large request for raffles at this time of year, but we felt this was such a worthy cause, for a local community centre, at the heart of our local community. We decided to not only give a raffle prize, but ask a couple of Players to attend the night and help Matthew with the Draw.
