Diamonds bring in Ademeno

On loan until the end of the season

Rushden & Diamonds have signed Southend United striker Charles Ademeno on loan until the end of the season.

The striker, who has come through the ranks in Southend United's youth system, had a loan spell at Welling earlier in the season, where he played six games. Charles has also had previous loan spells at Bishops Stortford and Cambridge United, where he impressed, earning him a senior contract at the Blues.

Ademeno will take squad number 10 and will join up with the Diamonds squad in time for Saturday's FA trophy quarter-final fixture against York City at Nene Park.
