Diamonds Goalkeeper Paul Bastock has today had his contract cancelled by mutual consent.

Bastock signed for Rushden & Diamonds in May 2007 and was awarded the number one shirt. After proving ever present at the start of the season, Bastock has found increased competition from Paul Nicholls and Dale Roberts as the season has progressed.Bastock's last appearance for Rushden & Diamonds came in the 4-1 away defeat at Crawley Town in January 2008.
