As well as the mile, the Sports Centre are hosting a 'come and try it session', where the public can join in with some of the activities the Sports Centre has to offer including: Trampolining, Football, Basketball, and Many More.

Admission is only £1 with all proceeds going to Sport Relief. It's a great chance for kids to try different activities whilst also helping raise money for Sport Relief.

The Diamond Minors will also be in attendance, doing face painting for those who want to show their club colours whilst running. Also Radio Diamonds will be there interviewing runners for their next programmes on 1503am.

If you would like to help, but are too late to sign up to run, we would greatly appreciate any volunteers who can help with stewarding the event and directing runners around the course. Anyone interested in stewarding should phone Helen Thompson on 01933 652000 for details.
